The Bakery’s Baking Instructions
When it comes to cooking bread, our bakeries have it down to a science. It’s recommended to use a combo oven to bake our products. However, all ovens are different and baking times may need to be adjusted slightly. For an oven with a fan, please set the fan at the lowest possible speed.

DO NOT SPRAY WATER INTO THE OVEN OR ON THE PRODUCT
Our bakeries par-baked process has been carefully designed and tested to ensure the product maintains the highest level of quality that has been strived for over the years. The process is simple: partially bake the bread for about 95% of the total bake time, blast freeze the product in our blast freezers, then store it at temperatures from 0-10°C. The product is then distributed to the customer via frozen trailers and baked off directly on their premises as needed. Frozen par-baked products offer many benefits, such as loss control, inventory control, and the appetizing aroma of hot baked bread.
